Yoghurt & Mint Dip

Method:

  • Grate the cucumber and ensure all the water is squeezed and drained out. 

  • Finely chop the mint leaves and add to a bowl with the grated cucumber, then mix in the yoghurt. 

  • Squeeze the lemon and mix into the dip well. Then drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped mint. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

  • Get dunking!
