BODYISM X TCC - VEGAN PANCAKES

Method:

  • Prepare the chia egg and let sit for 5 mins.

  • Blend oats, chia egg, banana & protein powder together to make the mix.

  • Heat some coconut oil in a pan on medium heat and then ladle the batter into the pan.

  • Cook both sides evenly until lightly browned.

  • Serve and top with a generous dollop of The Coconut Collab Yoghurt, Almond Butter & handful of Berries.
