Method:

For the dough: combine the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough with some extra flour as needed. Then roll into a long thin rectangle.

For the filling: spread butter on the dough. Mix and evenly sprinkle over cinnamon and sugar.

Slice in half long ways, throw on the blueberries and roll one strip into the other strip.

Pop into an oven safe mug or ramekin and bake for 45mins at 165C.

For the frosting: 1tbsp vegan cream cheese and 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
