Mushroom Stroganoff

Mushroom Stroganoff

Method:

  • Heat the olive oil and cook the onions until soft.

  • Add the Garlic, Paprika and Chilli Flakes then cook for 1 minute. On a high heat, add the mushrooms stirring often until softened.

  • Pour in the Vegetable stock and bring to the boil until the sauce thickens.

  • Turn off the heat and stir in The Coconut Collaborative Cr*me Fraiche and a handful of Parsley.

  • Follow pack instructions to cook the rice.

  • Serve all together with the remaining parsley and an additional dollop of The Coconut Collaborative Cr*me Fraiche on top.
