Halloween Choc Orange Cake Pops

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease your cake pops mould. Place all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir with a whisk to combine and remove any clumps. Then add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined.

  • Evenly distribute and completely fill the bottom tray of the cake pops mould, then place the top tray lid on top. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Refill cake pop moulds and repeat if necessary. 

  • Once cake pop balls are cool, dip your cake pop sticks into melted chocolate and insert 2/3rds of the way into the cake pop balls, repeat until all cake balls have sticks in them and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  • Remove the cake pops from the freezer and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Prepare your melted chocolate and mix in food colouring as desired. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate to completely cover, then transfer to the lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set. Decorate the cake pops as you please and enjoy!
