Easter Egg Truffles

METHOD

  • Melt the Chocolate (do not over-melt, keep to a thick consistency).

  • Thinly coat the egg moulds with the melted Chocolate and place in the fridge for 30 mins (or until solid).

  • Break the top of the eggs and fill with your Little Pot of choice!
